Kwesinye sezinkumbulo zami eSifundweni SeBhayibheli Sabaqalayo, ngaba “nomzuzwana nje” lapho ngizwa ukuthi uJesu weza emhlabeni ngesikhathi esifanele. Uthisha wasichazela ukuthi yonke into esendaweni yonke kwakufanele ihleleke ngendlela efanele ukuze zonke iziprofetho eziphathelene noJesu zigcwaliseke ngokugcwele.
UPawulu uchaza ukungenela kukaNkulunkulu okwalethela isintu ithemba nenkululeko: “Manje lapho isikhathi sesifikile, uNkulunkulu wathumela iNdodana yakhe, ezelwe ngowesifazane futhi yaba ngaphansi komthetho, ukuze ihlenge kanye nawo abangaphansi komthetho samukela ubudodana.” ( Galathiya 4,4-enye).

UJesu wazalwa ngesikhathi esifanele lapho isikhathi esimisiwe sigcwaliseka. Umlaza wamaplanethi nezinkanyezi wahambisana. Kwakumele kulungiswe isiko nohlelo lwezemfundo. Ubuchwepheshe, noma ukuntuleka kwabo, bekulungile. Ohulumeni bomhlaba, ikakhulukazi owamaRoma, babesebenza ngesikhathi esifanele.
Incwadi ehlaziya iBhayibheli iyachaza: “Kwakuyisikhathi lapho ‘iPax Romana’ (ukuthula kwamaRoma) yanda engxenyeni enkulu yezwe eliphucuzekile futhi ngenxa yalokho ukuhamba nokuhweba kwakungenzeka kunanini ngaphambili. Imigwaqo emikhulu yayihlanganisa umbuso wababusi, futhi izifunda zawo ezihlukahlukene zazixhunyaniswa ngendlela ephawuleka nakakhulu ulimi oluvamile lwamaGreki. Ngaphezu kwalokhu iqiniso lokuthi izwe lase liwele kwalasha wokuziphatha, ojule kangangokuthi ngisho nabeZizwe bahlubuka futhi indlala engokomoya yayikhona yonke indawo. Kwakuyisikhathi esiphelele sokuza kukaKristu nesokusakazwa kokuqala kwevangeli lobuKristu” ( The Expositor’s Bible Commentary).

Zonke lezi zici zadlala indima enkulu njengoba uNkulunkulu ekhetha wona kanye lomzuzu ukuba aqale uhambo lukaJesu njengomuntu nohambo lwakhe lokuya esiphambanweni. Yeka ukuhlangana okumangalisayo kwemicimbi. Umuntu angase acabange ngamalungu e-orchestra efunda izingxenye ngazinye ze-symphony. Ngobusuku bekhonsathi, zonke izingxenye, ezidlalwa ngobuciko nangobuhle, zihlangana ngokuzwana okukhazimulayo. Umbhidisi uphakamisa izandla zakhe ukuze abonise i-crescendo yokugcina. Umsindo we-timpani kanye nokungezwani okwakhiwe kukhishwa emvuthwandaba wokunqoba. UJesu uyilelo qophelo, isiqongo, isiqongo, isiqongo sokuhlakanipha namandla kaNkulunkulu! “Ngokuba kuhlezi kuye [uJesu] konke ukugcwala kobuNkulunkulu ngokomzimba” (Kolose 2,9).

Kodwa lapho isikhathi sesigcwalisekile, uKristu, ongukugcwala konke kobuNkulunkulu, weza kithi emhlabeni wethu. Kungani? “Ukuze izinhliziyo zabo ziqiniswe futhi zihlanganiswe othandweni nasengcebweni yonke ekugcwaleni kokuqonda ukuze baqonde imfihlakalo kaNkulunkulu enguKristu.
